What locations do you ship to?
We can deliver our products anywhere in the United States. We also ship internationally!
What is your shipping time frame?
If your package is within the USA, shipping takes 3-5 business days. If your package is shipped internationally, shipping will take up to 7-14 business days. Note that pre-sale orders have a 2-4 month waiting time before they can ship out.
What is your pre-sale shipping timeframe?
If your order is under pre-sale, shipping will take 2-4 months before the order can be shipped out. We will send a notification once the order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?

Why was my order marked as delivered, but I never received it?
